our company has always thrived to offer services at the highest possible technical level and under the most favourable financial circumstances. This requires continuous technical and technological development as well as the need to ensure the capital required and to expand our human resources. The need to expand resources has created the necessity to change our existing organisational structure. The most appropriate solution is a merger with one of our partners, a Hungarian company with a similar professional background and size, who have been our associate for a long time.
Negotiations were successful and led to the agreement that our company and M&S Zrt. (company registry no.: 01-10-046107, seat: 1136 Budapest, Pannónia u. 17/a. fszt. 4.) are to unite our resources and our organisations. As a result of the merger, M&S Zrt. will be the corporate successor of Opsys Kft. Consequently, our current agreements and projects, including our experts and assets will be taken over by M&S Zrt. Our people will continue to fulfil our business activities together with the existing, professionally renowned organisation of M&S Zrt. The unified and expanded capacity will also help us improve the standard of services offered.
We are convinced that the organisational change will signify the integration of values and on the top of maintaining the expertise, professionalism and high standard of technological competence within all the existing fields of Opsys Kft., will offer a smooth transition in all of our current affairs, will strengthen our values and open a wider range of opportunities, given the solid economic background.
The date of the merger and organisational change was 1st April, 2009. This change does not, in any way, affect the terms and conditions of the agreements reached between your company and our customers. The new business organization acts as the legal successor and adopts and fulfils all the agreements without delay.
We are hopeful that the above changes will be received in a positive light.
